Initial Consultation

  • Understanding the client’s specific needs is of utmost importance, their expectations and by discussing the nature of the cas

Document to be Supplied

  • For the initial consultation, we require as much information as you can supply. Should the matter then proceed, the appointed attorney will request the required medical records and supply them for the drawing up of an expert opinion.

Analysis and Communication

  • The initial opinion will be supplied to the client and/or legal representative of the client. Alternatively, a formulated expert opinion for possible court submissions or proceeding can be supplied upon further consultation.

Deliverables

  • Timely submission of expert reports, testimony preparation, and any other agreed-upon deliverables.
